Visited a hotel in the city and the rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was lovely and had a lot of options to choose from. The location was great, very close to all the attractions and transport links, making it easier to get around the city. Another positive point was that the hotel offered free Wi-Fi in all areas which was very helpful for planning our trip.
The room service was quite slow and it took a while for our requests to be fulfilled. , we were located near a noisy area which meant we had trouble sleeping at night.

During my stay, I was impressed by the hotel facilities such as the cozy and newly equipped rooms which had a heating and air conditioning control. The staff was pleasant, kind, and very helpful, making my stay comfortable. The hotel location was great and easily accessible. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and way better than typical "national and continental breakfast".
Could not be improved in any way.

Despite overall positive experiences, some reviews indicated noise issues during the night from guests in neighboring rooms.

the staff was extremely friendly, making me feel at home. the breakfast was one of the best I ever had, with a wide variety of food to choose from. the perfect location and great amenities such as air conditioning made my stay even more enjoyable. the highlight of my time was being able to take a shower after checking out thanks to the accommodating staff.
the walls were quite thin, and I could hear my neighbors.
